Analysis of hospitalized disease spectrum in a certain type of navy fighter pilots in 2011~2015
Abstract:Objective This study explored the pattern of hospitalized disease spectrum in a certain type of navy fighter pilots, and put forward strategies for treatment and prevention of susceptible diseases. Methods The data of a certain type of navy high performance fighter pilots who were medically examined and treated in 2011-2015 were collected and the hospitalized disease spectrum was analyzed by year. Results The top 3 diseases were cervical spondylosis (76.9% 、70.6% 、55.5% 、58.8% 、61.9% ), lumbar disease (53.8%、52.9%、33.3%、47.1%、52.3%) and hyperlipidemia (30.8%、47.1%、33.3%、17.6%、38.1%). Other diseases, such as hyperuricemia and gallbladder polyp were also higher. Conclusion The hospitalized disease spectrum of a certain type of navy fighter pilots is the highest with the disease rate of spinal disease,followed by metabolic disease. It is necessary to strengthen the protection and damage prevention of the pilot's spine,adjust the rule of diet and activity,and carry out medical intervention when necessary in order to prolong the flight life and ensure the flight safety.
