Study on the correlation between obstructive sleep apnea syndrome and heart disease and prognosis in patients with coronary heart disease
Abstract:Objective To explore the correlation between obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSAS) and coronary heart disease (CHD) patients with adverse cardiac events and prognosis. Methods The research subject is 120 patients of CHD with OSAS treated in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2017. Based on different degree of OSAS illness, subjects were divided into CHD with mild OSAS group (group A,35 cases) merge moderate OSAS and CHD group (group B,57 cases) and CHD with severe OSAS group (group C,28 cases),of all patients admitted to hospital after plasma myeloperoxidase(MPO), high-sensitivity c-reactive protein (hs-CRP) and three acyl glycerin (TG) level shall determine. Results The higher the severity of OSAS,the higher the indexes of MPO,Hcy and TG in patients with CHD,the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). There were statistically significant differences in the total myocardial ischemia (TIB) and Gensini scores in the three groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion the severity of OSAS is closely related to the adverse events and prognosis of patients with coronary heart disease.
