Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of targeted nursing intervention on the clinical efficacy and nosocomial infection in patients with hematologic malignancies. Methods Between January 2016 and January 2017,68 patients with hematological malignancies were admitted to the Department of Hematology of PLA General hospital, all the patients were randomly divided into the observation group with 34 cases and the control group with 34 cases. The patients in the control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group received specific nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing, the occurrence of nosocomial infection, the time of antibiotics usage, the time of elimination of infection and the complications after hospital infection were observed in the two groups,WHOQOL - BREF scale was used to evaluate the quality of life of the patients after the intervention, and the satisfaction degree of all the patients was investigated. Results The incidence of nosocomial infection in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05), among which nosocomial infection occurred mainly in the respiratory, digestive and perianal infections;patients in the observation group the incidence of infection subsided were significantly lower than the control group in patients with complications of infection treatment time and hospital time of antibiotics, and the differences were statistically significant(P< 0.05);patients in the observation group after the intervention, the score of each field of WHOQOL - BREF and total score were significantly higher than those in control group, and satisfaction of patients in observation group were significantly higher than that of patients in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion The nursing intervention for patients can effectively reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection, shorten the duration of infection, reduce the incidence of complications, and improve nursing satisfaction of patients, improve the quality of life of patients. It is worthy of promotion.
