The study of clinical decision-making and application of hysterectomy in patients with placenta accreta

Abstract：Objective To analyze the clinical data of patients with placenta implantation, and to explore the clinical value related application value of hysterectomy in patients with placenta accrete. Methods 97 cases of placenta accreta were selected in our hospital during June 2011 to June 2016. There were 44 cases of placenta previa and 61 cases of scar uterus. All cases were divided into observation group (hysterectomy group)and control group (reserved uterus group). The clinical data of two groups were analyzed retrospectively. Results There were 42 cases in observation group and 55 cases in control group. There was no significant difference between the two groups in mean age, gestational age, scar uterus (P>0.05). The placenta previa, postpartum hemorrhage and blood transfusion rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). There was significant difference between the two groups in the type of placenta implantation. Conclusion Placenta previa combined with placenta accreta and placenta implantation or placenta accreta are important reference factors in the clinical decision making of hysterectomy.
