The value of high frequency ultrasound combined electromyography in the clinical rehabilitation of peripheral nerve entrapment or damage
Abstract：Objective To study the value of high frequency ultrasound combined electromyography in the clinical rehabilitation of peripheral nerve entrapment or damage. Methods 120 patients with peripheral nerve entrapment or damage were selected from September 2013 to March 2016 in our hospitals. According to the random distribution ,all patients were divided into ultrasound group,electromyography and joint group,40 cases in each group,all patients were given basic treatment such as medicaments,rehabilitation training and god muscle electrical stimulation treatment. In ultrasound group,patients were treated under the guidance of high frequency ultrasound, in electromyography group patients were treated under the guidance of electromyography, in joint group of patients were treated under the guidance of high frequency ultrasound combined electromyography. Curative effect , the median nerve ,sural total nerve motor nerve conduction velocity (MCV),movement potential (CMAP) latency,amplitude were analyzed before and after treatment. Results Joint group of patients treatment efficiency rates were significantly higher than the ultrasound group and electromyography group,the difference had statistical significance (P < 0.05);Joint group of patients after treatment,the CMAP levels of median nerve,and phil total nerve were significantly lower than theultrasound group and electromyography group,joint group after treatment in patients with median nerve,phil was always god. The MCV,amplitude levels significantly higher than the ultrasound group and electromyography group,the difference had statistical significance (P < 0.05);But the ultrasound group and electromyography group treatment efficiency rates and after treatment in patients with median nerve ,phil always nervous CMAP,MCV,amplitude levels were basically the same,there was no statistical difference significance (P > 0.05). Conclusion High frequency ultrasound combined electromyography guide neuromuscular electrical stimulation treatment can effectively assist neuromuscular electrical sting shock treatment accurate locating lesions ,it is helpful to promote patients with injury of peripheral nerve conformity or damaged nerve repairment and to improve its curative effect ,it's worth for further clinical promotion.
