The predictive value of serum ACA combined with IL-10 and sHLA-G for habitual abortion prediction
Abstract:Objective To analysis the predictive value of serum anticardiolipin antibody (ACA),Interleukin-10 (IL-10)and soluble human leucocyte antigen(sHLA-G)for habitual abortion prediction. Methods 42 early pregnancy patients that with recurrent abortion history in our hospital from April,2014 to February,2015 were enrolled in the research group, the other 42 cases early pregnancy women without recurrent abortion as were in the control group. The levels of serum ACA,IL-10 and sHLA-G was were measured by the enzyme-linked immunoabsorbent assay (ELISA) methods. the predictive value of serum ACA,IL-10 and sHLA-G was analysis by ROC curve. Results The serum ACA level for the patents in research group was higher than that in control group obviously, however the IL-10 and sHLA-G levels were lower than those in control group obviously, all the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). ROC curve analysis results showed that area under the ROC curve was bigger, sensitivity and specificity were better when predict the recurrent abortion by combine the serum ACA,IL-10 and sHLA G level rather than by single of them (P<0.05). Conclusion It is valuable to predict and diagnosis recurrent abortion in the beginning of pregnancy by measure the serum ACA,IL - 10 and sHLA G level, close monitoring to the level of serum ACA,IL - 10 and sHLA G helps to reduce the risk of recurrent miscarriage.
