Abstract：Aiming at the problems of the current risk identification method of equipment procurement contract execution,the traditional semi-structured interview method is improved from the aspects of simplifying the method process.Aiming at the problems of single scale and strong subjectivity in risk evaluation of equipment procurement contract performance,the meaning of scale is set from two aspects of severity and possibility,and the product method is proposed to calculate the comprehensive weight of indicators under multiple scales.Combining risk value and index weight to calculate risk degree value,a risk assessment method based on risk matrix-AHP is constructed,and the effectiveness of the method is verified by case analysis.
