Abstract:When the chirp signal is pulse compressed, the range-Doppler coupling phenomenon will occur, resulting in the deviation between the output position of the matching filter and the actual situation, and the radar will eliminate this phenomenon by some means in the process of data correlation and tracking. In this paper,it is found that the Doppler offset generated by using wave-forms with different coupling coefficients at the beginning of the track is different, and the waveform of the short-term rapid radia-tion ordered coupling coefficient is performed on the target, the diameter velocity of the target is estimated by using the offset, and then the echo dot is sequenced, picking up unvalid dot by using the sequenced range-Doppler coupling, and the target position of the remaining wave position is predicted to start the track quickly. Finally, through simulation verification, the verification results show that the algorithm not only has fast starting speed,is not affected by target maneuvering, and the calculation amount is much smaller than regular track initiation algorithm, has strong ability to resist dense clutter, and has good engineering application prospects.
