Research on LDPC Decoding Algorithm Based on Layered Decoding Strategy

Abstract：Low-Density Parity-Check(LDPC)decoding,as a robust error correction coding technique,finds extensive appli-cation in communication systems,significantly enhancing data transmission reliability.However,the complexity and convergence speed of its decoding algorithm remain focal points of current research.To further improve LDPC algorithm decoding performance,this paper proposes a LDPC combined algorithm based on a layered decoding strategy.Simulation results demonstrate that compared to traditional decoding algorithms,the improved algorithm exhibits an approximate 64%enhancement in decoding convergence speed when the Bit Error Rate(BER)is 10-5,while achieving a gain of around 0.23 dB in decoding performance.
