Design of a Miniature Modular Wideband Dual Channel DRFM Interference Circuit

Abstract：In the field of radar electronic countermeasure,digital RF memory(DRFM)is the key device to generate jamming signals.The design of high instantaneous bandwidth,high quantization bit width and miniaturized hardware are the development di-rection of multi radar systems.In this work,a wideband dual channel DRFM jamming circuit based on EV10AQ190 and JAD9739 is proposed.Based on a single Fudan Microelectronics V7690 series FPGA,the hardware can achieve 1.2 G instantaneous bandwidth dual channel radar signal reception and processing,as well as specific mode interference forwarding.The circuit can meet the re-quirements of modularization and miniaturization.
