Abstract：Aiming at improving the capability construction level of ship equipment maintenance support force under the new situation,based on the analysis of the main contents and requirements of the capability construction of ship equipment maintenance support force,this paper constructs the capability standard system of ship equipment maintenance support force according to the practical needs and practical basis,and uses the expert scoring method and AHP to determine the index score.Then,taking the ca-pability evaluation of typical ship equipment maintenance support force as an example,it is verified.It is pointed out that the stan-dard system integrates the constituent elements of the support system and covers all aspects of support capability.It has strong perti-nence,applicability and operability,and can effectively guide the capacity construction of ship equipment maintenance support force.
