Abstract:With the increasing requirements on distance, transmission speed and reliability of airborne equipment data read-back and command delivery communication, this paper proposes a data transmission system design scheme based on LVDS and Gigabit Ethernet GMII interface.LVDS encoder and decoder, combined with peripheral circuits such as drivers and equalizers, are used to enhance signal driving capability and compensate signal attenuation.Long-distance data transmission is realized. At the same time, the ping-pong cache mechanism is introduced to improve the efficiency of data transmission, avoid the interruption or loss of data flow, and ensure the stability of communication. In addition,88E1111 chip and GMII mode are used in this design, which successfully breaks through the speed limit of traditional MII interface and solves the challenge of RGMII mode in signal integ-rity and logic control complexity. Finally, the transmission efficiency is optimized, the protocol stack design is simplified, and the resource consumption is reduced by using UDP protocol to communicate with the host computer. The experimental results show that the system can transmit data with zero error at 500 Mb/s on 300 m optical fiber, which fully verifies the stability and reliability of the system in long-distance and high-speed communication.
