Abstract：In order to scientifically and comprehensively assess the national logistics hub guarantee capability,continuously strengthen and improve the national logistics hub guarantee capability construction,and improve its war application capability.The thesis establishes a safeguard capability assessment index system containing five aspects of national hub infrastructure capability,lo-gistics operation capability,management capability,command capability and military logistics integration capability,constructs a national logistics hub safeguard capability assessment model based on entropy weight-TOPSIS,and evaluates the current situation of the safeguard capability of the 62 national logistics hubs based on empirical analysis,which provides a theoretical basis for the as-sessment of the safeguard capability of national logistics hub and also provides a theoretical basis for the next step to strengthen the safeguard capability of the national logistics hub.It provides theoretical basis for the assessment of national logistics hub security ca-pacity,and also provides guiding opinions for the next step to strengthen the construction of national logistics hub security capacity.
