High-speed Serial Data Transmission System Based on Gigabit Ethernet

Abstract：In order to improve the reliability and transmission speed of data transmission system and solve the problem of high-speed data transmission,a high-speed serial data transmission system based on Gigabit Ethernet is innovatively designed.The whole system takes FPGA as the control core,realizes high-speed data transmission by using UDP protocol,completes the instruc-tion delivery and data reading of the upper computer through Gigabit Ethernet and multicast mode,and finally connects with the up-per computer through the high-speed serial communication interface,the transmission speed of which can reach 1.25 Gbps or more.It is verified in the experiment of data recorder on a monitoring console.At the same time,it can exchange data with multiple ma-chines through switches and IP multicast to realize instruction sending,online monitoring and data reading.
