Research on Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation of Military Technology Value Based on Improved Analytic Hierarchy Process

Abstract：Aiming at the problem that the application range and utilization rate of the technical achievements in the civil army are not wide enough,the value evaluation index system is constructed,and the factor weight of the index is calculated by the im-proved analytic hierarchy process.At the same time,combining the thought of set value statistics with fuzzy comprehensive evalua-tion,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of improved analytic hierarchy process is constructed to evaluate the technical val-ue.Finally,the feasibility of the method is verified with a concrete case.
