Implications of Russian-Ukrainian War for the Integration and Development of Equipment and Training

Abstract：Since the outbreak of the Russo-Ukrainian war,both sides have demonstrated the arrival of information-based joint operations through the use of manned/unmanned equipment and precision guided weapons in detection,early warning,command and control,and firepower strikes.In the Russo-Ukrainian War,high combat losses posed a great challenge to the Ukrainian military's ability to maintain effective combat capabilities.The rapid formation of combat capabilities by combat personnel and the generation of battlefield supplies are crucial for combat support.With the improvement of equipment informatization and intelligence,traditional training methods are no longer able to support combat personnel in efficiently mastering complex information-based combat equipment and generating joint combat capabilities.Training methods must constantly evolve with equipment and explore a path of integrated development of equipment and training.
