MEMS Gyroscopes Error Compensation Based on Allan's Variance Method

Abstract：Aiming at the analysis of error sources of MEMS devices,the Allan variance method is proposed to identify the ran-dom error terms of MEMS gyroscopes,determine several random error terms,establish AR models and simulate the determined er-ror models,and verify that the compensation effect is obvious.
