Analysis and Discussion on the Advantages and Disadvantages of Long Wave Navigation and Positioning Modes on Iand

Abstract：Satellite signals are inherently fragile,so Roland C chains with strong anti-jamming ability are needed as backup means of radio navigation. Whether circular positioning technology can be widely used in land-based long waveguide navigation is still uncertain. In order to discuss the selection of hyperbolic and circular positioning modes in land-based long waveguide naviga?tion system,the GDOP values of the two positioning modes under the coastal platform layout are analyzed and compared by using Matlab software simulation,and the East China Sea platform chain is taken as an example. The simulation results show that the GDOP value of hyperbolic positioning mode is better than that of circular positioning mode in most working areas under the existing chain layout.
