Research on Method to Suppress Glint in Monopulse Radar

Abstract：For ship target echo from close range after coherent integration processing,ship targets extend to several Doppler units,the weighted average method to solve errors is used. In angular measurements with a small window in the value-weighted fil?tering,maximum angle measurement result details are retained and can effectively curb the glint. Real data indicate that the method may suppress the glint influence when guidance radar gets close to target and the precision of radar angle track is improved.
