Research on Echo Characteristics of Benchmark Submarine in Mobile State Using Simulation Method

Abstract：The echo characteristics of Benchmark submarine is simulated with planar element method in this paper. And echo characteristics of Submarine in mobile and the feature of highlights architecture distribution for the submarine under different dis?tance condition are analyzed in this paper. The results indicate that the echo characteristics of submarine in mobile state related some factors:observation azimuth,the relative motion between the submarine and the observer,the observer effective viewing an?gle,the distance between the observer and submarine. At the same time,there are great differences in the highlights of different parts due to the influence of the submarine's shape and structure.
