Abstract：The maritime navigation supply is an important link in the development of the navy, and it is also a necessary logistical support for the ship to carry out the mission of the sea. With the help of sea replenishment, it is possible to extend the time of stay at sea, increase the combat radius of ships, and reduce the direct dependence of ships on military ports and bases. At the same time, it will have a significant effect on improving the ship's ability to survive in the far-sea and enhance the combat effectiveness of the ship, and provide a guarantee for the strategic transformation of the Chinese navy to achieve offshore defense to the defense of the sea. The ship navigation replenishment designed by the principle of "PID control" provides automatic control system for the rapid and safe replenishment operation, and has certain military application value.
