Development of RF Power Source for China Spallation Neutron Source H-ion Source

Abstract：Spallation neutron source(SNS)is a large scale scientific facility,which uses high energy proton beam to produce neutron beam. SNS can be applied to the research of nuclear physics,the production of isotopes,the treatment of nuclear fuel,etc. High power RF power source is a key service for driving SNS H-ion source. The development of 2MHz 80kW RF power source for CSNS H-ion source and experimental result are introduced in the paper.
