Abstract：This article introduces the concept and examine method of phase noise. An automatic phase noise examine system is designed based on PN9000 phase noise examine instrument for some shine implement of missile.The main model and control soft?ware are designed in detail based on LabWindows/CVI.The result of experiment shows that this system accords with the standard re?quest.
