Evaluation Method of Air-defense Capability of Surface Ship in Base-training

Abstract：The evaluation of surface ship combat mission is important in base-training. This paper examples air-defense and anti-missile of surface ship,basing on certain training environment,starting from combat effectiveness evaluation,studies evalua?tion method of air-defense operation of surface ship,and constructs element system of air-defense and anti-missile capability of sur?face ship. Basing on analytic hierarchy process,according to combining qualitative and quantitative evaluation,a mathematical model is proposed. The model is composed by four steps,such as defining the unit weight of the factors,calculating the weight of hi?erarchical matrix,evaluating score of final stage factor and making comprehensive estimation. The proposed model has big impor?tance for building evaluation element system of air-defense and anti-missile and has applied in base-training.
