Abstract：In order to improve the scientificity and accuracy of the evaluation of sea battle operational command training, the requirements of sea battle operational command training evaluation are analyzed as a starting point, and the main influencing factors of sea battle operational command training are explored.A comprehensive index system is built to reflect the overall quality of sea battle operational command training system, and a evaluation model based on grey analytic hierarchy process is proposed.Finally the validity of the index system and the evaluation method are demonstrated by an example.
