Abstract：Thermal monitoring technology is a kind of non-contact infrared temperature measurement technology ,pas-sive diagnosis technology .For electric operation of the hign and low voltage electrical equipment ,remote fault diagnosis without blackout and application in the monitoring of ship electrical equipment ,has the extremely important significance .
