Abstract：According to existing problems in the measurement of underwater acoustic measurement equipment ,and the accuracy of the existing underwater acoustic measurement equipment is always related to the hydrological conditions ,this pa-per uses the method of simulation to evaluate the accuracy of underwater acoustic measurement equipment .
