Evaluation Research of Target Compositor of Ship-born Active Electronic Jamming Based on Advanced AHP

Abstract：The effectiveness evaluation of target compositor of the ship-born active electronic jamming is a multi objec-tive evaluation process .It can be quantitatively analyzed by using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) ,then the checking up of consistency is necessary in AHP .In actual evalution ,it awalys adjusts the estimate matrix by rough measure to satisfy the demend of consistency .So it is of blindness .The factor affecting the target value is analysed and the target value evaluating index system is built ,using the concept of matrix transfer optimization to advance the AHP ,making it satisfy the demend of consistency and have the value of power automatically .The instances of effectiveness evaluation testify the feasibility and va -lidity of the advanced AHP .
