Applicaion of Passive Sonar Bearing Cross Location Algorithm

Abstract：By Bi‐static array passive ranging bearing cross location method ,the paper automatically calculates all bear‐ing target cross location point measured by the front sound source ,and manages the historical cross location point .The con‐tinuity and smoothness of the track formed by cross location point are used to determine the bearing target form the same source .Under a multi‐station multi‐array environment ,the effectiveness and feasibility of this algorithm are demonstrated , which can become effective means of identification of same target .Finally ,this paper summarizes development problems in the process of practical application and points out the shortcomings .
