Abstract:In this paper ,the uneven distribution of ARGO thermohaline data are average on space and linear interpola‐ted .The geostrophic flow can be calculated by temperature and salinity data .During the period of observations ,the North Equatorial Current(NEC) splits at about 12°N near the sea surface ,including the northward Kuroshio and the southward Mindanao Current(MC) .The Luzon Undercurrent (LUC) ,emerging below the Kuroshio from about 21°N .It intensifies southward while its depth becomes deeper .The speed of the Kuroshio is very high ,which can reach 0 .8m/s .Its Flow width is about three longitudes .The Kuroshio transfers from the south to the north .On average annual summer stream flow is the largest .But the size of the flow of the four seasons is different every year .
