Real Time Distributed Communication on Ships Based on DDS

Abstract：In the distributed communication system ,there are multiple distributed sources .According to the character‐istics of the distributed communication on ship ,data distribute service protocol is put forward .This paper introduces the structure model of DDS and the open source software OpenDDS in detail .In order to discuss and compare the DDS with other software about real‐time effect ,ZeroMQ and Boost .Asio model is introduced ,through the comparison of time length from sending to receiving same C + + data ,a conclusion is obtained that the DDS protocol is suitable for distributed communica‐tion on ship .
