Analysis and Suggestion for the“Open Architecture” Strategy of USA Navy

Abstract：In the course of USA military transforming ,the USA navy conducted the “Open Architecture” strategy which was promoted to transform the warfare systems of the navy to the open system architecture .As the strategy had been carried for more than ten years ,great improvement had been achieved in open system architecture oriented technology ,busi‐ness transforming and infrastructure establishement .In this paper ,the“open architecture” strategy was discussed and ana‐lyzed with many successful stories and suggestions presented in details .
