Scattering Characteristics Analysis of the Sea Clutter Based on the Fractal Sea Model

Abstract：When Radar is working ,it is affected by the surrounding environment .When Radar is facing the sea targets , the radar sea clutter is the main factor affecting radar ,so the study of sea clutter can effectively reduce the disturbance to the useful signal .Firstly ,the fractal model is used to establish the random sea ,and then the relatively mature Kirchhoff approxi‐mation calculation formula and the GIT empirical model under the standard atmospheric condition are introduced in this pa‐per .Finally by using the empirical model ,the scattering coefficient curve under different sea conditions can be gotten .
