Abstract：This paper studies on how to solve the control problem of the next generation network ,puts forward two kinds of integration modes based on the idea of the integration of management and control architecture ,including the “top‐down and “bottom‐up” modes .It also analyzes and compares the realization of the two method in depth ,and introduces the realization of the mode and way which is integrated by the “bottom‐up” type of management and control architecture .The method can further promotes information system towards the development of standardized and integrated way .
