Decision-making System for Submarine Rescue Under the Trend of International Cooperation

Abstract：How to rescue the marine quickly and effectively after a submarine accident is a very difficult problem up to the present .So the submarine rescue system needs the international cooperation .But it is effected by a lot of factors .On the basis of analyzing the factors ,the index system for the submarine rescue is proposed .After that the decision‐making model for submarine rescue under the trend of international cooperation is established .In order to validate the model ,a hypothetic case is analyzed by use of it .The model and the result may provide the reference for the decision‐making process of subma‐rine rescue .
