Expanding Method of Measurement Performance of Radio Altimeter

Abstract：The performance of altimeter decides the control qauality of missile portrait trajectory ,and influences the ve‐racity of flight altitude and the flight safe .This dissertation elaborates main factors determining measure performance ,and proposes the methods and realization way advancing the measure performance .Based on the engineering practice ,we refits and designs some altimeter's control sectors and adapts and optimizes the critical parameters such as receiver pass‐band and characteristics of frequency‐detecting . It is shown this methods can double the altitude measure range increasing the equipment's use value ,and fulfils the need of enhancement of the trajectory feature .
