Output Noise Characteristics Analysis of the Quartz Flex Accelerometer

Abstract：Analysis were made in the paper aiming at the output noise characteristics of high precision accelerometer , including accelerometer itself ,circuit ,testing instrument and testing environment .The reasons which lead to produce the noise through the analysis are found out to provide the resolution of the accelerometer and take some measures to meet the system's need of the resolution .
