American Combat Network:the Development of Information Sharing

Abstract：This paper mainly studies the problems about the development of the American Combat Network ,which is analyzed and studied from the top design ,policy support ,the current operational environment ,as well as the risks ,and many other aspects .These instances show that only the information sharing from the American culture is based on“need to know” to based on“need to share” ,can we truly achieve the inter‐agency ,across the government and multinational opera‐tions .
