Research on the Intelligence Supporting and Coordination Mechanism in the Pilot Rescue Operation on the Sea

Abstract：Aiming at the problem of lack of intelligence supporting methods in the pilots rescuing operation ,which in‐creases the difficulty to get the intelligence of the pilot's position ,the demand of intelligence supporting in the pilots rescuing operation was analyzed .Then ,the designing scheme for the intelligence supporting system in the pilot's rescuing operation was put forward to solve the problem of obtaining and transmitting intelligence in the rescuing operation .At last ,in combi‐nation with the intelligence supporting system ,the organization ,command and coordination of the rescuing operation was re‐searched ,including the method of application for the pilot intelligence supporting system and the sharing mechanism with for‐eign rescue power .The research results can be used in the aid decision making in the pilots rescuing operation .
