Abstract：In order to optimize the procedure and process of our opponent force's equipment construction ,and improve the quality and benefit ,the feasibility of using similarity system model to resolve equipment system design ,using similarity system analysis to resolve simulant equipment construction ,using maturity analyze to resolve approach selection of simulant equipment construction ,is analyzed. And the basic procedure and process of using upper methods to determine the equipment construction of our opponent force is discussed too.
