Abstract：A method for target compositor of communication countermeatures was proposed based on ANP ,against the status quo of complex electromagnetic environment and interference of limited resources .At first ,a control layer and net-work layer model was established based on the target level of threat ,their combat capability and battlefield environmental factors according to the characteristics and principles of communication countermeasure .Finally ,the relationship between each index was taken into accont to conduct a numerical example .The experiment results demonstrated that this method was feasible and rational .
