Evaluation of Text Information Value Based on Ontology

Abstract：In analysis system of the Internet public information processing ,to determine the importance of the texts crawled is the basis whether the computer integrates information into the intelligence database ,decision-making intelligence to reduce or slash future network battlefield uncertainty .This paper presents a method to evaluate the value of information based on ontology ,and extends the traditional intelligence application range of valuation methods ,and solves the valuation is-sues of massive network text information .The experiment proves that the method can improve the recall percentage of ex-tracted valuable text information .
