Abstract：The fast developments of service-oriented architecture and model driven architecture provide a new construc-tion method for command information system .A new construction method of command information system based on SOA and MDA is proposed to utilize the merit of both SOA and MDA .The military information service is defined based on SOA firstly .Then the integration architecture of the command information system is designed and the system iterative lifecycle de-velopment process is given based on SOA .Finally ,the relations between model-driven development process and service com-position is introduced .The summarization result of the new construction method shows that it utilizes the merit of both SOA and MDA which not only improves the design and development speed but also promotes the integration of many isomerous systems .
