Abstract：Reliability simulation test of the aerospace electronic products is guaranteed to improve product reliability . Through collection of information ,digital prototype modeling ,model updating and verification ,analysis of the stress ,the expected fault simulation and evaluation of reliability ,effective way of reliability simulation test which is to improve reliability desig n is ex plained .
