Retrieval Technique of Coastal Zone Geological Features Using Remote Sensing Image

Abstract：Coastal zone geological features include coastal line ,terrain of dry shoal and the terrain of shallow sea water . Acqusition of geological features of sensitive area ,disputed area and area of abominable conditions with remote sensing meth-od has obvious advantages .Many significant results have been obtained on remote sensing retrieval techniques of geological features .Coastline extracting using remotely sensed image with high water level and tideland terrain retrieval using remotely sensed image with low water level are two basic research aspects .The key technology of coastal line extracting ,tideland ter-rain retrieval and soundings retrieval of shallow sea water are discussed separately and some research directions are put for-w ard .
