Reconnaissance Capability's Effectiveness Evaluation for Airborne Radar Reconnaissance Equipment Based on Cloud Theory
Abstract：The study of airborne radar reconnaissance equipment's reconnaissance capability commonly using qualitative evaluation methods can not accurately reflect its real capability. Aiming at the problems of reconnaissance capability evaluation methods, this paper in troduces cloud theory and proposes a method based on the cloud center of gravity. This paper first introduces the evaluation method of the cloud center of gravity, and then establishes the evaluation index system, then gets results of the evaluation, last compares with the evalua- tion's result of the analytic hierarchy process. Case analysis shows that this method can give a comprehensive evaluation of the high credibili- ty of reconnaissance capability of airborne radar reconnaissance equipment and provide a reliable basis for the improvement and upgrading of equipment.
