Infrared Multi-target Tracking Methods Based on Cost Function
Abstract：Infrared multi-target tracking problem in complex background environment, multi-target based on the initial information and observation information has been obtained, the polar coordinate data association and filtering data using infrared multi-target tracking algo- rithm based on the cost function is proposed. Infrared muhi-target tracking start and end of the treatment technology and subsequent frames by determining the infrared multi target real time tracking of not more than forty-eight issue is realized. The results show that the simulation with the good performance of algorithm in the effect of the movement of infrared multi-target detection, tracking stability and real time.
