A Complement Method of Incomplete Expert＇s Weights Based on the Hesitancy Degree and its Group Decision Making Method
Abstract：Concerning the incomplete expert weights problem of intuitionistic fuzzy group decision-making, a complement method of ex- pert＇s objective weights is proposed based on intuitionistic fuzzy number hesitancy degree in parallel with the premise. Combined with expert ＇s subjective and objective is given weights, an expert weights formula based on policymakers＇ different objective. Finally, comprehensive the policymaker hesitancy degree on alternative ranking preferential attachment, and an example is given to show model specific application and calculation process of the method.
