Research on Compositive Efficiency Evaluation of Amphibian Based on Fuzzy Evaluation
Abstract：This paper analyzes the all-level factors affecting synthetical efficiency of the amphibian, which based on the characteristicoperation of the ship, and establishes its effect-tiveness-assessment index system. Besides,with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, this study builds the model for the operational effectiveness of integrated underway amphibian, and assesses its operational effectiveness using comprehensive fuzzy comment. In the end of the paper, author analyses the compositive efficiency of the LHDM through this way. All of this can provide reference in design and argumentation for the building amphibian of PLAN in the future.
