Comprehensive Effectiveness Evaluation of Warfare Intelligence Based on Cloud Model
Abstract：Since the qualitative and quantitative indexes are both included in the evaluating process of comprehensive effectiveness for warfare intelligence, traditional methods such as AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method can not integrate randomness and fuzziness between those two kinds of indexes. This paper takes the idea of cloud theory and puts forward a way based on cloud model to evaluate the effectiveness above. It has helped the indexes transform from qualitative concepts to quantitative values successfully. Finally, the validity and practicability of that way is verified through the instance.
